The service

Sellly lets businesses sell through WhatsApp and a store page. Businesses are responsible for their catalogue, prices, orders, deliveries and the payments they accept.

Accounts

Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your team.

Businesses must follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies. We may pause a store that puts the service or its WhatsApp access at risk.

Plans and billing

The price is shown on the pricing page. Setting up a store is free; the trial starts when the store goes live. After the trial, a subscription is billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renews until you stop it. Without an active subscription or trial, a store stops taking new WhatsApp orders; nothing is deleted. See the cancellation and refund policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and export your data first.
