Who we are

Sellly provides businesses with a store, order desk and payment tools that work on WhatsApp. For the orders and messages of a business’s customers, the business decides what is collected and why; Sellly processes that information on the business’s behalf.

What we collect

For businesses: account details (name, email, phone), business details and settings, and how the service is used. For their customers: WhatsApp number and profile name, messages sent to the business, order details, delivery addresses and payment references or screenshots.

How we use it

To run the service: routing messages, taking and tracking orders, sending receipts and updates, keeping the service secure, and billing. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Messages are delivered through WhatsApp (Meta). We use hosting and email providers to run the service. Each business sees only its own customers and orders.

Security

Access is limited by role, secrets are encrypted, and every business is kept apart from every other.

Retention and deletion

Businesses can export and delete their data. Customers can ask the business they ordered from to delete their details.
