What about WhatsApp’s own charges?
Meta charges your WhatsApp account directly: each number gets 1,000 free messages a month (about 90 orders), then ₹0.115 + GST per message, about ₹1.49 an order. We don’t add anything to Meta’s price. Rates are Meta’s for India from 1 Oct 2026.
When does the trial start?
When your store goes live, not when you sign up. Take as long as you need to set up and connect your number.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your store stops taking new WhatsApp orders, and customers who message are asked to call you. Your products, orders and customers stay, and subscribing again reopens the store straight away.
Do customers pay through Sellly?
No. Customers pay you directly by UPI, bank transfer or cash. Sellly shows you each payment so you can confirm it, and never holds your money.
